FOREWORD

Dear Friends, Beneficiaries, and Partners, Under the patronage of Her Excellency, the First Lady of the Republic of South Sudan, Madam Maryardit, as we reflect on the past years, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude for everything we have accomplished together at Concern for Women and Children Organization.

The dedication and passion of our staff, volunteers, and partners have allowed us to focus on developing community-based interventions aimed at protecting and empowering women, girls, supporting children and making a tangible difference in the lives of our vulnerable population.

No so long ago, we celebrated several significant milestones, including Women's Leadership Conference, to amplify the voice of women of South Sudan in peace building, political participation and national development.

Our Annual Report provides a more detailed look, at these successes, but behind every statistic is a story of positive change, made possible by your unwavering support. Of course, the journey has not been without its challenges, and I am grateful for the resilience shown by our team in overcoming financial pressures and operational hurdles. These experiences have made us stronger and more adaptable, and we are more determined than ever to achieve our mission.

Looking ahead, we are excited to embark on new initiatives to future projects or goals. With your continued partnership, we are confident that we can achieve even greater things in the years to come.

Thank you for your belief in our vision.

Together, we can build a better and brighter future for South Sudan's vulnerable population.

Hon. Mary Nyaulang Ret.
The Chairperson of the Board
